Tampa police are asking for the public's help to reunite a boy with his family.
They say the child was found wandering in the parking lot at a Walgreens on West Hillsborough Avenue near Rome Avenue around 10 p.m. They believe he is about 2 or 3 years old.
A witness saw a black male running from the area about the same time, but they had no other information.
